About Accommodation

QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
This may vary depending on the accommodation plan, so please contact the hotel for more information.
QCan I extend my stay?
Extensions are available up to 3:00 pm at 1,000 yen per hour per room (tax included).
  • *We may not be able to provide the service depending on the situation on the day.
QCan I have meals in my room?
We do not provide room service. When using food delivery services, please pick it up at the front desk.
QHow can I store my valuables?
There is a safety box in the guest room, so please feel free to use it.
QCan I send a parcel?
We accept parcel shipments at the front desk. We have shipping boxes available (for a fee) as well as shipping labels, so please feel free to inquire.
QCan I send my luggage to the hotel prior to my stay?
For advance parcel delivery, please send your package with the following information written on the label: "Guest Name," "Phone Number," and "Check-in Date."
Your parcel will be handed over during the check-in process.
QCan I leave my luggage at the front desk before check-in?
We are happy to store your luggage at the front desk before and after check-in. Please feel free to ask.
QDo you accept credit cards?
We accept JCB, VISA, DINERS, AMEX, NICOS, DC, UFJ, SAISON, OMC, etc.
QCan I exchange foreign currency?
Sorry, we do not provide currency exchange services.
QCan I sleep with my child?
For preschool children, no additional charge is incurred for bed-sharing. As bedding is not provided, please confirm the bed width carefully before making a reservation.
QPlease tell me about the use of crib.
We offer rental services for a fee. [1,000 yen per night (tax included) ]
As quantities are limited, please inquire at the hotel.
  • *For safety reasons, the crib is not allowed for children who can stand. Your understanding is appreciate.
QDo you provide cleaning services for multiple-night stays?
The environmental conservation effort at the hotel entails that for multiple-night stays, room cleaning is limited to "towel/bath towel exchange, trash collection, and mineral water top-up" only. *For sanitary reasons, rooms are cleaned every four nights. If you require an additional cleaning on non-scheduled days, please place the cleaning instruction magnet outside your door by 10:00 AM on the desired day.

QCan I connect to the Internet in my room?
All rooms are equipped with wireless LAN, and you can use it for free.

About Facilities and Services

QCan I add breakfast?
For Hotel Resol members, breakfast is available for 1,800 yen (tax included), and for non-members, it is 2,000 yen (tax included).
QIs there a store?
Sorry, we do not have a store.
Please ask the front desk staff for directions to a nearby souvenir store.
QAre there vending machines available?
Soft drink vendors are located on the 6th, 7th and 11th floors, and alcohol vendors are located on the 11th floor.
QIs there a laundromat?
Laundromats are available on the 4th and 5th floors, and LG STYLER (closet-type garment steamer) is available on the 4th floor.
QIs there pay-per-view TV programming available?
Sorry, we do not provide paid broadcasting services.
QIs there a communal bath?
The communal bath is located on the 1st floor of our hotel. The operating hours are from 15:00 to 25:00 (1:00 AM) and from 6:00 to 9:00.
Please bring your towels in a tote bag from your room.
Our communal bath can be used with the hotel's nightwear and slippers. However, please note that drunkards and those with tattoos are not allowed.
QDo you have a microwave?
Microwaves are available on the 6th, 7th, and 11th floors.
QIs there an ice maker?
An ice maker is available on the 4th floor.
QWhere can I smoke?
Smoking booths are located on the 1st and 9th floors.

About Access and Parking

QDoes the hotel have a parking lot?
Our hotel does not have a parking lot or driveway. If you arrive by car, please use a nearby coin-operated parking facility.
QHow do I get to the hotel from the nearest station?
Our hotel is located approximately a 4-minute walk from exits 8 or 11 of Yodoyabashi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line.

QWhat are the nearby sightseeing spots and restaurants?
Yodoyabashi is an area where you can discover various registered cultural assets within the office district, such as Tekijuku, which still preserves the atmosphere of its time. Nearby, there is Nakanoshima Park, providing an opportunity for a riverside stroll. Numerous dining options are available, ranging from restaurants located in retro buildings to both traditional and modern stylish establishments.
QIs there a convenience store nearby?
A convenience store is located within 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
