QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
Please note that check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the plan. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
QCan I make a reservation on the same day? Is there a time limit?
We can accept reservations at any time if rooms are available. Please contact us for more information.
QWhat time do I have to check in? Is there a curfew?
We have staff at the front desk 24 hours a day.
Although we lock the main entrance late at night, please ring the intercom, and we will unlock it for you.
However, if you anticipate arriving later than the scheduled check-in time, please inform us in advance.
QIs the payment settled at the time of check-out?
We operate on a pre-payment system. Please settle your bill at the time of check-in.
QIs it possible to pay the accommodation fee in advance on behalf of someone?
Yes, it is possible. We accept payment in advance either by visiting us beforehand or through bank transfer.
Please inform us when making your reservation.
QDo you accept credit cards?
The accommodation fee can be paid with almost all credit cards such as VISA, Master, JCB, etc.

QCan I leave my luggage at the front desk before check-in?
We are happy to store your luggage at the front desk before and after check-in. Please feel free to ask.
QI want to send a package by courier, can you hold it for me? Can you also ship it?
We would like to hold it for you.

02About Accommodations with Children

QI would like to stay with my family, is there a children's rate?
Accommodation is free for preschool children.
Elementary school children are charged the same rate as adults.
QI would like my daughter to stay alone for an exam. Is it okay?
We have many exam-takers staying with us every year.
QPlease tell me about the use of crib.
Sorry, we do not provide cribs.

About Room amenities

QIs Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is available in the guest rooms and lobby.
The password is posted next to the TV in the guest room, please enter the password when you use it.
QDo you have non-smoking rooms? Also, do you have rooms specifically designed for women?
Both types of rooms are available.
In case non-smoking rooms are fully booked, we will do our best to provide deodorizing measures.
Additionally, all rooms are equipped with air purifiers.
QCan I stay in my room during the day during multiple-night stays?
From 11:00 AM to 14:00 AM is cleaning time, but you can stay if you inform the front desk.

We provide empty refrigerators in all rooms. Please note that they do not have freezing functionality.
QAre the toilets equipped with a bidet (washlet toilet)?
Yes, all rooms are equipped as such.
QCan I charge my mobile phone?
We provide chargers in each room. Additionally, we offer complimentary rentals at the front desk. If needed, please inquire at the front desk.

About Facilities and Services

QI would like to add breakfast to my plan.
We offer a Western-style buffet at "iL-CHIANTI Est" on the 1st floor for an additional fee of 1,500 yen.
Please purchase a breakfast voucher at the front desk.
We are also open for lunch and dinner. We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant.

QAre vending machines and ice makers available?
【Vending Machines】Available on the 3rd and 8th floors, in the vending corner near rooms 1 to 10.
【Ice Maker】Available on the 2nd floor, in the vending corner near rooms 1 to 10.
QIs there a laundromat?
We do not have one at our hotel.
However, we can provide information about nearby laundromat at the front desk. Please feel free to inquire at the front desk.
QIs there pay-per-view TV programming available?
We offer a broadband channel unlimited viewing service for 1,000 yen per day. You can purchase a TV card at the vending machine next to the elevator on each floor. Please enter the 8-digit number on the card into the TV with the remote control.

About Access and Parking

QWhere is the nearest station?
6-minute walk from JR "Ikebukuro Station."
1-minute walk from Exit 1 of "Higashi-Ikebukuro Station" on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line.
QHow do I get there from Haneda/Narita airports?
There is a direct limousine bus service from the airport to Sunshine.
Many of our guests use this service.
QIf I use the expressway, at which interchange should I get off?
It is about 2 minutes away from the "Higashi-Ikebukuro Exit" on the Metropolitan Expressway No. 5 Ikebukuro Line.
QCan I reserve a parking space?
We have only 6 parking spaces available.
However, it is limited to vehicles under 155cm in height, 195cm in width, 530cm in length, and 2300kg in weight.
In case of non-compliance or when the spaces are full, we will guide you to a nearby parking lot.
  • *Please note that we do not have affiliated parking lots.
QHow much does parking cost?
Hotel parking fee is 2,000 yen per night (from 3:00 PM to 10:00 AM the next morning).
