QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
As a general rule, check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 10:00. However, please check each accommodation plan, as it may vary depending on the plan.
QShould I contact the facility if I arrive late before check-in?
If you will be arriving late, please contact the facility.
Also, if you wish to change the check-in time, please contact us by email.

QCan I leave my luggage at the front desk before check-in?
We can store your luggage at the trunk stock next to the front desk.
We also provide chain locks free of charge, so please feel free to ask at the front desk if you need one.

QAre toothbrushes, towels, and other amenities available in the cabin?
We provide the following amenities:
Towel / Bath towel / Shampoo / Conditioner / Body soap / Hand soap / Toothbrush set / Razor / Slippers / Hairbrush / Cotton set / Cotton swabs / Mineral water / Hair iron

  • *Some of the above are provided exclusively in the women-only area.
QIs it possible to stay for consecutive nights?
We do not normally clean the cabin during your stay, so it is possible to stay for consecutive nights.
If you wish to have cleaning during your stay, there will be a cleaning fee of 300 yen (tax included) per session.
For long-term stays, we will clean the cabin on the 4th night for hygiene reasons, and in this case, no cleaning fee will be charged.
Please be aware of this policy in advance.
QIs there a curfew?
No, there is no specific curfew.
However, for security reasons, the entrance will be locked at midnight. Please use your room key card to unlock it or use the intercom to contact the front desk.
