About Accommodation
01About Front Desk Assistant
- QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
- For stays until 31 March 2024 (Sunday):
Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 10:00.
For stays from 1st April 2024 (Monday) onwards:
Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00.
Please note that check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the plan. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
- QCan I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
- We are happy to store your luggage at the front desk before and after check-in. Please feel free to ask.
- QDo you accept credit cards?
- We accpet JCB, VISA, Master, KC, DC, Saison, Diners, Amex, etc.
- QDo you have a cleaning service?
- Yes, we do. Please inquire at the front desk for details.
- QCan I send a courier package?
- Yes, we accept packages via Kuroneko Yamato courier service with payment upon delivery.
- QCan I send my luggage to the hotel prior to my stay?
- For advance parcel delivery, please send your package with the following information written on the label: "Guest Name," "Phone Number," and "Check-in Date." Your parcel will be handed over during the check-in process.
- QIs there a curfew?
- The main entrance is open 24 hours. The front desk also has staff available 24 hours.
- QHow can I store my valuables?
- There is no safe in the room, so please leave your valuables at the front desk.
02About Accommodations with Children
- QCan I sleep with my child?
- For preschool children, no additional charge is incurred for bed-sharing. As bedding is not provided, please confirm the bed width carefully before making a reservation.
- QDo you have cribs?
- We offer rentals at a rate of 1,500 yen per night. Please inquire with the hotel for availability.
- *For safety reasons, the crib is not allowed for children who can stand. Your understanding is appreciated.
- *Please note that installation may not be possible in certain room types.
- QDo you have roomwear for children?
- We only provide roomwear for adults.

- All rooms are equipped with wireless LAN, and you can use it for free.
- QDo you have non-smoking rooms?
- Our hotel is divided into smoking and non-smoking floors. The non-smoking floors are located on 6 floors from 9th to 14th floor.
- QDo you have smoking rooms?
- The hotel has a separate smoking area on each floor.
The smoking floor is on the 8th floor.
- QWhat is the bed size?
- Bed size varies by room type. Please refer to the "Guest Rooms" page for details.

- We have meeting rooms available for various purposes, accommodating from 8 to 130 people, suitable for large, medium, and small gatherings.

- Yes,it is available.
- QDo you have banquet halls?
- We have Japanese-style and Western-style rooms available for various purposes, accommodating from 10 to 150 people, suitable for large, medium, and small gatherings.
- QIs there a store?
- The store is in the bus center on the first floor,operating from 7:30 to 19:15.
- QAre there vending machines available?
- Juice vending machines are available on the 1st and 8th floors, while alcoholic beverages can be found on the 8th floor.
There are no vending machines for cigarettes.
- QIs there pay-per-view TV programming available?
- VOD cards for the in-room theater are available next to the elevators from the 8th to the 14th floors (1,000 yen per night).

- Qwhen is breakfast served?
- Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30 (last entry at 9:00).
We offer a mini kaiseki-style set menu at the restaurant "Bonne Saveur" on the 2nd floor.
- QWhat is the breakfast fee?
- The fee is 1,500 yen for adult (tax included).
- QCan I have dinner at the hotel?
- Sorry, we do not operate in the evening. For group reservations or other inquiries, please feel free to contact us.
- QIs smoking allowed in the restaurant?
- All areas are non-smoking.
About Access and Parking

- QWhat is the nearest station?
- The hotel is located a 2-minute walk from JR Sasebo Station.

- A convenience store is located within 2 minute walking distance from the hotel.
- QAre there any places to eat nearby?
- Yes, it is about a 7-minute walk (400m) to downtown Sasebo.
- QIs there an ATM nearby?
- There is an ATM at the convenience store in front of the hotel.
- QHow long does it take to get to the main tourist attractions?
- To Huis Ten Bosch, it's about 25 minutes by car, or 20 minutes by JR (4 stations).
To Saikai Pearl Sea Resort, it's about 20 minutes by car.
