About Accommodation
- QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. However, during peak periods, check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and check-out from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Heavy congestion at the front desk is expected during these times due to a concentration of procedures. To alleviate this, pre-check-in procedures are available before 3:00 PM. Additionally, we offer pre-settlement for check-out for your convenience.
- QCan I check-in early?
- If your room is ready, early check-in is available. Please inquire at the front desk. Please note that this service may not be possible depending on availability.
The following charges will apply, depending on the plan.
- -Before 12:00: 60% of the accommodation rate
- -12:00 ~ 13:00: 40% of the accommodation rate
- -13:00 ~ 14:00: 20% of the accommodation rate
- QCan I check-out late?
- Please inquire at the front desk. Please note that this service may not be possible depending on availability.The following charges will apply, depending on the plan.
- -Before 12:00: 20% of the accommodation rate
- -12:00 ~ 13:00: 50% of the accommodation rate
- -13:00 ~ 14:00: 100% of the accommodation rate
- QHow can I store my valuables?
- You can leave them at the front desk of Hotel Trinity Shosai.
- QIs there a wheelchair accessible restroom?
- It's available on the first floor of Hotel Trinity Shosai.
- QCan I leave my luggage at the front desk before check-in?
- We are happy to store your luggage at the front desk before and after check-in. Please feel free to ask.
- QHow can I pay for my stay?
- We accept cash, credit cards (VISA, JCB, MasterCard, American Express, UC, AEON) and PayPay.

- There are several free parking lots in the area.
- QIs there a shuttle bus from the nearest train station?
- Free shuttle bus service is available between the south exit of Honnda Station on the JR Sotobo Line and Resol no Mori. Please click here for more information.
- QDo you provide a taxi arrangement service?
- This service is available at the front desk of the Hotel Trinity Shosai.
It will take about 20 minutes for the taxi to arrive.
