About Accommodation
- QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
This may vary depending on the accommodation plan, so please contact the hotel for more information.
- QCan I extend my stay?
- Extensions are available for a predetermined overage fee.
- *Please note that this service may not be available depending on the situation on the day of your stay.
- QCan I have meals in my room?
- Room service is not available. You may use the restaurant on the 2nd floor, or we can provide information on nearby dining options.
- QHow can I store my valuables?
- We do not have safes in the guest rooms. However, if you wish, you can complete the necessary procedures at the front desk, and we will store your valuables in our safe.
- QCan I send a parcel?
- We accept parcel shipments at the front desk. We have shipping boxes available (for a fee) as well as shipping labels, so please feel free to inquire.
- QCan I send my luggage to the hotel prior to my stay?
- For advance parcel delivery, please send your package with the following information written on the label: "Guest Name," "Phone Number," and "Check-in Date." Your parcel will be handed over during the check-in process.
- QCan I leave my luggage at the front desk before check-in?
- We are happy to store your luggage at the front desk before and after check-in. Please feel free to ask.
- QDo you accept credit cards?
- We accept JCB, VISA, DINERS, AMEX, NICOS, DC, UFJ, SAISON, OMC, etc.
- QCan I exchange foreign currency?
- Sorry, we do not provide currency exchange services.
- QCan I sleep with my child?
- For preschool children, no additional charge is incurred for bed-sharing. As bedding is not provided, please confirm the bed width carefully before making a reservation.
- QPlease tell me about the use of crib.
- Sorry, we do not provide cribs.

- QWhat is the room size and bed size?
- Bed size varies by room type. Please refer to the "Guest Rooms" page for details.
- QCan I connect to the Internet in my room?
- All rooms are equipped with wireless LAN, and you can use it for free.
- QDo you have non-smoking rooms?
- All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking rooms.
- QPlease tell me about the available rental items.
- We provide blankets,hair irons, irons, and trouser presses for rent.

About Facilities and Services
- QI would like to add breakfast to my plan.
- For Hotel Resol members, we offer it at 1,500 yen, and for non-members, it is available at 1,700 yen. If you are interested, please inform the front desk upon your arrival.

- Sorry, we do not have a store.
Please ask the front desk staff for directions to a nearby souvenir store.
- QAre vending machines and ice makers available?
- Vending machines are available on the 1st floor (in the parking lot).
- QIs there a laundromat?
- Sorry, we do not offer laundromats.
- QIs there pay-per-view TV programming available?
- Sorry, we do not provide paid broadcasting services.
About Access and Parking
- QDoes the hotel have a parking lot?
- Hotel parking is limited to 5 spaces and reservations are required (for a fee) .
Vehicles restrictions: height 2.0m, width 1.85m, length 5.0m.
If your vehicle exceeds these restrictions, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot.
We do not offer affiliated or discounted parking. Please note that the full cost will be borne by the guest.

- Approximately 3-minute walk from the Central Ticket Gate of "Akihabara" Station on JR lines via "Kanda Fureai Bridge"
