About Accommodation

QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?: For stays until 31 March 2024 (Sunday):
Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 10:00.

For stays from 1st April 2024 (Monday) onwards:
Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00.

Please note that check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the plan. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

QCan I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?: Luggage storage service is available at the front desk.

QCan I check-in earlier?

Check-in before 15:00 is possible from 13:00. There is an additional charge of 1000 yen per hour.

*Please note that depending on the date, early check-in may not be available.

QCan I extend my check-out time?

Check-out after 10:00 incurs an extension fee of 1,000 yen per hour, with a maximum extension until 13:00.

*Please note that depending on the date, extensions may not be available.

QCan I send my luggage to the hotel prior to my stay?: For advance parcel delivery, please send your package with the following information written on the label: "Guest Name", "Phone Number" and "Check-in Date". Your parcel will be handed over during the check-in process.

QIs payment due at check-out?: In principle, settlement is requested at the time of check-in.

QDo you offer cleaning services?: If you drop off your laundry to the front desk by 10:00 in the morning, they will be ready around 17:00 on the same day.
*Please note that cleaning services are not available on Sundays and holidays.

QIs there a curfew?: There is no curfew, allowing 24-hour access. Check-in and check-out are also possible during late night and early morning hours.

QCan I sleep with my child?: Preschool Children can be accommodated for free.
Elementary school students and older should be booked as adults.

QDo you have cribs?: Sorry, we do not provide cribs.

QAre there refrigerators in the guest rooms?: All rooms are equipped with empty refrigerators (no freezing function).

QWhat about the room cleaning for multiple-night stays?: The environmental conservation effort at the hotel entails that for multiple-night stays, room cleaning is limited to "towel /bath towel exchange, trash collection, and mineral water top-up" only. For sanitary reasons, room cleaning is scheduled on the 4th day between 10:00 and 14:00.
There are two types of cleaning cards (magnets) on your room door (inside). If you wish for additional cleaning on non-scheduled days,please indicate this by placing the "Please Clean Room" card on the outside of the door by 10:00am.If you do not want cleaning, please attach the "Do not disturb" card. In the absence of specific instructions, we will proceed with regular cleaning.

About Facilities and Services

QI would like to add breakfast to my plan.

Breakfast will be a Japanese-western buffet.
The operating hours are from 6:30 to 9:30. The price is 1,500 yen for adults and 750 yen for children.
It will be served at the restaurant "Primiere" on the 1st floor.

*Please note that depending on the date, it may also be provided at banquet hall on the 6th floor.

QDo you have meeting rooms?: The banquet hall on the 6th floor is also available as a conference room.
It can accommodate from 6 to a maximum of 200 people (theater style).

QCan I use the Internet in the meeting room?: Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available.

QIs there a store?: Souvenirs are available for purchase in front of the front desk on the first floor.

QAre vending machines and ice makers available?: The vending machine corner is located on the 1st floor.
An ice maker is available for complimentary use on the 7th floor of the hotel.

QIs there a laundromat?: Sorry, but there is no laundromat within the hotel.
However, there is a laundromat located a 2-minute walk from the hotel, operating from 6:00 to 24:00.

QIs there pay-per-view TV programming available?: One foreign drama channel and two adult channels are available from17:00 to 10:00 the next morning.
Please purchase a TV card (1,000 yen) at the elevator halls on the 7th, 9th, 11th, and 12th floors.

QIs there a microwave oven?: We do not have a microwave available for general use within the hotel. However, you can request microwave service at the front desk.

QAre there computers available for general use?: There are no computers, but we have iPads available in the lobby on the 1st floor.

About Access and Parking

QWhat is the nearest station?: JR Gifu Station or Meitetsu Gifu Station. Each is about a 5-minute walk.

QHow can I get to the nearest station from Central Japan International Airport?: Take Meitetsu Nagoya Honsen Limited Express train bound for Meitetsu GifuIt at Central Japan International Airport Station. It takes about 60〜70 minutes to get to the nearest station and The fare is about 1,700 yen.

QI plan to go by car. Is there a parking lot available?

Yes, we have a parking lot available. We have a partnership with "P926", a drive-in multistory parking lot located to the west of the hotel.

*The cost is 1,000 yen if there is no entry or exit from 14:30 to 11:30 the next morning.
Vehicle restrictions: Height 2.1m, Width 1.8m, Length 5.0m.
There are also several coin-operated parking lots in the vicinity, some of which may be more affordable than P926.

QIf coming by car, what's the nearest interchange?: For the Meishin Expressway, it's approximately 35 minutes and 28 km from "Gifu Hashima I.C."
For the Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway, it's approximately 20 minutes and 10 km from "Gifu Kakamigahara I.C."

QIs there a convenience store nearby?: FamilyMart is a 2-minute walk away.Lawson is a 5-minute walk away. All of them are open 24 hours.

QAre there restaurants nearby?: There are many izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) within a 5-minute walking distance. We can provide recommendations at the front desk.
There are also dining options inside Gifu Station.
