01About Front Desk Assistant

QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?: For stays until 31 March 2024 (Sunday):
Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 10:00.

For stays from 1st April 2024 (Monday) onwards:
Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00.

Please note that check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the plan. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

QCan I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?: Yes, it is possible. Please feel free to contact us.

QWhat time do I have to check in? Is there a curfew?: If your check-in time is after midnight, please contact the hotel.
There is no curfew.

QCan I send my luggage to the hotel prior to my stay?: It is possible. Please fill in your check-in date and name in the destination field.

QDo you have a cleaning service?: Yes, we do.
Please bring your laundry to the front desk by 9:00 AM, it will be ready after 7:00 PM on the same day.
(closed on Sundays and holidays).

02About Accommodations with Children

QCan I sleep with my child?: Only preschool children (0~6 years old) are allowed to stay with one accompanying adult at no additional charge. Please note that bedding for children are not provided.

QDo you have cribs?: We do not provide cribs.

QIs Wi-Fi available?: Wi-Fi is available in lobby and all guest rooms. (free of charge)

QDo you have non-smoking rooms?: All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking booths are located in the lobby on the 2nd floor.

QAre vending machines and ice makers available?: Available on B2F. (Ice Marker / free of charge)

About Access and Parking

QWhat is the nearest station?: Nagoya Station on JR, Meitetsu, Kintetsu, and Subway are the nearest.

QHow to get there from Nagoya Station?: Get off at the from "Sakura-dori Exit" of JR Nagoya Station, head straight towards the International Center along Sakura-dori.
Our hotel is located on the left side along the street, next to Junkudo Bookstore and SoftBank Shop.
Alternatively, you can take the U8 exit from the underground shopping area "Unimall" and you will find the hotel right in front of you.

QWhere is the nearest interchange?: Please use the "Nishikibashi Exit" or the "Meido-cho Exit" on the Nagoya Expressway as exits.
The entrance is the "Meieki Entrance."

QHow long does it take from Chubu Centrair International Airport?: The travel time between Meitetsu Nagoya Station and Chubu Centrair International Airport is approximately 28 minutes by the Meitetsu μ-SKY and 35 minutes by the Limited Express.

QDoes have a parking lot?

We have an affiliated parking lot near the hotel, and no advance reservation is required.

*We will provide a discount on the parking ticket, so please present your parking ticket at the front desk. Payment will be processed at the front desk.
*The gate is locked from 23:00 to 7:00 the next day, and no entry or exit is allowed during this time.
*Entry and exit are not allowed within the overnight fee (additional charges apply each time).
*The hotel is located just outside the U8 exit of the Unimall.
