About Accommodation

01About Front Desk Assistant

QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
Please note that check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the plan. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
QCan I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We offer luggage storage services at the 13th-floor front desk. Please feel free to inquire.
QDo you accept credit cards?
The following credit cards are accepted:
JCB / VISA / UC / DC / Diners / Cedyna / AMEX / Master / UnionPay
QIs there a cleaning service?
We accept it at the front desk (Closed on Sundays, holidays, Golden Week, and New Year holidays).
If you drop off your laundry at the front desk by 11:00 AM, it will be ready by 6:00 PM on the same day.
QIs there a laundromat?
On the 14th floor, there are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers in each of the men's and women's communal baths.

QCan I send out a courier parcel?
While we do not handle courier services at the front desk, you can send out parcels at "FamilyMart" on the 1st-floor within the hotel.
  • *Please note that we do not handle cool delivery services.
    Tape and courier boxes (charged) are at the front desk
  • *Only round-trip parcel delivery service is available at the front desk.
QDo you have a curfew?
There is no specific curfew. However, between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM, the automatic door on the 1st floor is locked.
Please use the intercom on the right side of the automatic door to contact our staff.
Guests who have checked in can simply hold their key card over the sensor to access the door.

02About Accommodations with Children

QCan I sleep with my child?
For preschool children, no additional charge is incurred for co-sleeping.
Please note that we do not provide amenities, towels, or bedding for children. We appreciate your understanding.
QDo you have cribs?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not provide cribs or baby guards.

We offer the following exclusive amenities, and all rooms on this floor are non-smoking.

About Facilities and Services

01About the large communal bath

QWhat are the operating hours? Is there a fee for usage?
Operating hours are from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Exclusive for staying guests. There is no charge for usage.
QWhat amenities are provided?
We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

  • *There is a lockable box for valuables (free of charge).
  • *Please bring towels, bath towels, toothbrushes and razors from your room for your use.
QUp to what age can my child join me?
Children up to 6 years old are allowed. We do not permit mixed bathing for boys and girls aged 7 and above.
QCan I go to the communal bath in my roomwear or slippers?
Yes, that's fine. Please note that you may share the elevator with others. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

02About Dining

QWhat about breakfast?
You can enjoy a buffet-style breakfast at the Italian-style dining "iL CHIANTI" on the 1st floor.
- Breakfast Time: 7:00~10:00 (Final entry time: 9:30)
- Price: 1,800 yen per person (tax included) with advance reservation until the previous day.
  • *reservations made on the day: 1,950 yen (tax included)
  • *Infants are free of charge.
  • *Please refrain from wearing room wear or slippers when visiting the bathing areas.
QWhat about dinner?
You may dine at "Italian Dining iL-CHIANTI" on the 1st floor.
A booklet with information on nearby restaurants is available at the front desk.

About Access and Parking

QWhat are the parking fees? What are the parking restrictions? How many parking spaces are available?
The parking fee is 1,600 yen per night (from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the next day). The parking restrictions for our hotel's multistory parking are a maximum height of 2m, width of 1.8m, and length of 5m.
The parking capacity is 22 cars (mechanical multistory parking).
  • *The fee includes tax.
QCan I move my car in and out of the parking lot?
The hotel parking lot allows 24-hour access.
From 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, the parking attendant will assist you.
From 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM the next morning, the front desk staff will assist you.
  • *If you use an affiliated parking lot, please note that there may be restrictions on entry and exit depending on the parking facility.
QCan I make a reservation for parking?
Sorry, we do not accept reservations for parking. It is on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that the hotel parking lot is full upon your arrival, we will guide you to nearby affiliated parking lots.
If the affiliated parking lots are also full, alternative options, such as coin-operated parking, may be necessary.
QCan I park my motorcycle at the hotel?
Sorry, we do not have parking facilities for motorcycles.
We can guide you to the nearby "Gates Building Bicycle Parking" (300 yen per 12 hours).

QAre there vending machines or ice makers?
Vending machines are available on all floors except the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 7th, and 11th floors.(The Vending machine on the 13th floor is inside the ladies' floor)
Ice makers are located in the vending machine areas on the 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th, and 12th floors, as well as in the 13th-floor lounge.
QIs there a microwave oven?
Available on the 2nd floor, inside the ladies' floor on the 13th floor, and in the 13th-floor lounge.
QIs there a meeting room?
Sorry, our hotel does not have a meeting room.
