- From JR Kyoto Station:
- Take the Kyoto Municipal Karasuma Line to Karasuma Oike Station, then transfer to the Kyoto Municipal Tozai Line to Kyoto City Hall Station. Exit from Zest Oike Exit 9 and walk for 2 minutes.
- From Keihan Yodoyabashi Station:
- Take the Keihan Main Line Express to Sanjo Station, then walk 1 minute to Sanjo Keihan Station. Transfer to the Kyoto Municipal Tozai Line to Kyoto City Hall Station. Exit from Zest Oike Exit 9 and walk for 2 minutes.
- From Kansai International Airport:
- Take the limousine bus to Sanjo Keihan Station, then transfer to the Kyoto Municipal Tozai Line to Kyoto City Hall Station. Exit from Zest Oike Exit 9 and walk for 2 minutes.
- *Customers with large luggage are recommended to use Zest Oike Exit 11 (with escalators and elevators).
