About Accommodation

01About Reservations, Changes and Cancellations

QCan I make, modify, or cancel a reservation for an online plan by phone?
Please note that we are unable to handle online plans even if you call the hotel directly.
For reservations regarding plans provided by Rakuten Travel, please contact the Rakuten Travel Domestic Accommodation Reservations Dial (050-2017-8989).
QWhich is more economical, making reservations by phone or online?
For online reservations, we provide a limited number of rooms and special benefits, offering a more advantageous deal compared to phone reservations.
  • *If you call the hotel directly, event or seasonal rates may apply.
QCan I modify the reserved plan, including the room?
When making changes, please cancel the existing reservation first and then make a new reservation.
(Please note that there may be cancellation fees, especially in the case of credit card payments.)
Some changes may be possible without cancellation. Please refer to the "Reservation Confirmation Email" for more details.
QIf I book multi-night stays with separate reservations for each night, will there be a room change?
We generally arrange accommodations for the number of nights specified in a single reservation for the same room usage. Therefore, when you make separate reservations for each night, There may be cases where we ask you to change the room.
  • *Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of the same room for extension requests during the stay.
QIs there a cancellation fee?
The timing and conditions for cancellation fees vary depending on the plan.
Please refer to the "Cancellation Policy" of the plan you are using.
QWhat happens if I do not follow the cancellation procedure?
If the cancellation process or contact is not made, we will charge 100% of the accommodation fee as a cancellation fee.
Additionally, please note that we may not be able to accept future reservations.

02About Front Desk Assistance

QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
For stays until 31 March 2024 (Sunday):
Check-in is at 14:00, and check-out is at 11:00.

For stays from 1st April 2024 (Monday) onwards:
Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00.

Please note that check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the plan. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
QCan I extend my stay?
For check-ins before 14:00 and check-outs after 11:00, an additional fee of 1,000 yen per hour per room is applicable.
  • *This may not be available depending on the situation.
QWhat is the payment policy for accommodation?
At the time of check-in, we will settle the reservation amount.
Additional charges will be settled at the time of check-out.
Payments for non-guests can be made in advance or before check-in.
Please note that we do not accept payments through bank transfers.
QWhat about receipts?
We will issue a receipt only for the amount paid at the hotel (accommodation / breakfast / parking fees).
  • *Receipts will not be reissued after check-out or if lost.
QWhat is the luggage storage policy?
We can hold your luggage before check-in and after check-out at the front desk. For advance parcel deliveries, we will only accept items that have been sent and paid for by the guest, with the "guest's name," "phone number," and "check-in date" specified. (Cash-on-delivery is not accepted.)
  • *Please note that we will only accept luggage that can be stored at room temperature.
QCan I send a parcel?
Delivery slips are available in the room or at the front desk.
Boxes for delivery (charged at 300 yen) are available for purchase at the front desk.
We handle shipping procedures at the front desk 24 hours a day (please note that there may be congestion during checkout times).
  • *Please check with the front desk for details as some items cannot be shipped.
QWhat about cleaning services (charged)?
We provide "Application Forms" and "Laundry Bags" in the rooms, and we accept them at the front desk. (Closed for the Year-end and New Year holidays)
If you drop off your items at the front desk by 10:00 AM, they will be ready by 6:00 PM on the same day.
  • *On the 14th floor, there is a Coin Laundry (40 minutes / 300 yen) Dryer (30 minutes / 100 yen). Detergent (1 unit / 100 yen) is available for purchase at the vending machine next to the washing machine.
QCan you provide room service or delivery?
We offer room service at the Italian restaurant "iL-CHIANTI SAPPORO" on the 1st floor.
  • *Availability of the service is subject to iL-CHIANTI's operating hours.
    Takeout service is also available, with pick-up at the lobby.
QIs there a curfew?
There is no curfew.
However, if you use back entrance of the hotel during the night, a key card is required.

03About Accommodation with Children

QCan I sleep with my child?
Infants (pre-school children) may sleep with their parents free of charge,while elementary school children and older are charged at the adult rate.
  • *Sleeping accommodation is limited to one person per bed and bedding set.
    [Example] Twin Room / When used by 1 adult + 1 elementary school child ⇒ Up to 2 preschool children can stay for free.
QPlease tell me about the use of crib.
There is a limited number of complimentary cribs available, so please contact the hotel before making a reservation.

About Room amenities

QCan I reserve a non-smoking room?
All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking. Smoking guests can use the smoking booths on the 1st, 7th, and 10th floors.
However, we do not guarantee availability on the smoking booth floors.
QWhat are the rooms on the Odori Park side?
-Parkside Double Room (19. 4sqm)
-Parkside Twin Room (22. 7sqm / 23. 3sqm / 26. 4sqm)
-Parkside Triple Room (23. 3sqm / 26. 4sqm)
-Semi-western Room (46. 0sqm)

Only the above 4 types of rooms face Odori Park. Single rooms do not face Odori Park.
QCan I request a higher floor or specify a room?
We do not guarantee or accept requests for specific floor numbers, but we will do our best to accommodate based on the reservation status.
  • *Please note that additional charges may apply for specific requests or guarantees.
QWhen booking two or more rooms, can they be on the same floor?
We do our best to accommodate rooms on the same floor, but depending on the room type, up to two rooms will be on the same floor.
Single rooms (14.5sqm /15.0sqm) and Modarate Single rooms (15.0sqm) can be accommodated on the same floor for reservations of two rooms or more.
Ladies Floor, as well as "Smoking rooms" and "Non-smoking rooms (including deodorized rooms)", are assigned to separate floors.
  • *Please note that we may not be able to arrange rooms on the same floor depending on the circumstances.
QWhat is the difference between the rooms on the Ladies Floor and other rooms?
This is a security floor where the elevator can only be unlocked with a room key.
In front of the elevator, exclusive rental items for the Ladies' Floor are provided. Please feel free to use it at your leisure.

QWhat are the room amenities?

About Facilities and Services

01About the Panoramic Communal Bath

QWhat are the operating hours? Is there a fee for usage?
The operating hours are from 15:00 to 26:00 and from 6:00 to 10:00 the next day.
There is no fee, but it is exclusive to hotel guests.
QWhat are the amenities?

  • *For both men and women, we provide a weight scale, valuables locker, hairdryer and water server.
QUp to what age can children accompany adults in the bath?
Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by a guardian when bathing.
Please note that mixed bathing for children aged 7 and above is not allowed, in accordance with the Sapporo City Public Bathing Facility Enforcement Ordinance.
QCan I go to the communal bath in my roomwear?
You can move around in your roomwear and slippers.

QWhat about breakfast?
The breakfast is served in a Japanese and Western buffet style.

-Price: 1,800 per person (Apply at the front desk on the day or the day before)
  • *Hotel members: 1,500 yen
  • *Adult rate for elementary school students and above (free of charge for Preschoolers )
  • *Taxes and service charges are included in the price.
QWhat about dinner?
You can dine at the Italian restaurant "iL CHIANTI" on the 1st floor.

QCan I smoke in the restaurant?
Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant. Please use the smoking area on the 1st floor.

About Access and Parking

QWhat about parking?
The hotel's multistory parking is available from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM the next day at a rate of 1,800 yen per night per car (tax included).
  • *Parking reservations are not accepted. (We will guide you to park on the day of your arrival)
  • *Only vehicles within 2m in height and 1.8m in width are allowed (vehicles exceeding the limit are not allowed).
QWhat's nearby?
The hotel is located facing Odori Park in Nishi 5-chome, making it a convenient place for shopping and dining.
The "Hokkaido Bank" is also nearby.
QWhat's the nearest station?
Sapporo Municipal Subway "Odori Station" is a 1-minute walk away.
It is a central station in Sapporo, served by all subway lines (Namboku Line, Tozai Line and Toho Line).
QHow can I use the airport bus?
If you're coming from New Chitose Airport: Take the bus bound for Sapporo city center and get off at the [Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo] bus stop.

If you're heading to New Chitose Airport from the hotel:
Board the bus bound for New Chitose Airport at the [Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo] bus stop.

Please inquire at the bus company for detailed operating hours.
  • *Tickets are available at the airport's bus counter and the hotel front desk.
QWhat is the use of JR?
It is approximately a 15-minute walk from the hotel to JR Sapporo Station.
(To New Chitose Airport, it takes about 40 minutes by rapid train, and to Otaru, it takes about 30 minutes by rapid train)
QWhat is the use of highway interchanges?
[The Sapporo Kita Interchange] located approximately 20 minutes by car from the hotel, is the most accessible and convenient option.
It provides easy access to New Chitose Airport, Otaru, and Asahikawa.

Other

QHow long is lost and found items kept for?
Ordinary lost items, excluding food, are kept for 3 months.
  • *Food items are disposed of after 2 days.

We refrain from contacting guests directly regarding lost items, so please contact us once you notice it.
Lost items can be shipped via "cash on delivery." *Please note that some items cannot be shipped.
QAre there any rules regarding the use of guest rooms?
Entry to the room, including the use of the floor, is restricted to registered guests only.
Additional charges may apply for non-registered guest usage.
