Prior to booking, a 'corporate affiliation application' is required.

    Use the 'account' and 'access key' provided upon contract to log in. After logging in, the room availability search screen will be displayed; please specify the stay dates and other details.

    Choose Hotel & Plan

    Search for hotels based on your stay dates.
    After checking the room availability, please select your plan.

  • Step3

    Complete the reservation by entering the necessary details

    Fill in the required fields on the reservation page to finalize your booking!

    Receive contact and explanation from the responsible party

    A representative will contact you at the contact information you provided and explain the details of the affiliated corporate contract.

    Submit the confirmation document

    We will send you the confirmation document. Please fill in the required information and submit it.

    Issuance of the account (contract completion)

    The contract will be completed in as little as one business day after the confirmation form is submitted.
    Upon completion of the contract, we will send you login account information exclusively for the contracting company.

FAQ

QIs it possible to create multiple IDs for a single corporation?
Yes, IDs can be issued on branch offices, departments, and branch associations.
QIs it possible to use corporate billing?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not accept corporate billing. Please settle the charges in person at the front desk by the cardholder or use our online pre-payment system.
QIs it possible to make a reservation by phone?
Sorry, we do not accept phone reservations. Reservations can only be made through the corporate reservation system.
QCan it be used in conjunction with other discounts or benefits?
You can combine it with Resol Card H member benefits, but it cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or benefits.
