How do I earn points?

Earn points by using Resol Hotels!

For every 100 yen spent by the member, 1 point is accumulated.
Points are valid for one year from the date of accumulation.

［About Point Accumulation］

• *In principle, the amount of the room charge (including consumption tax) used by the member themselves is the target amount for point accumulation.
• *Reservations made through this website, by telephone, or through the Resol Life Support Service are eligible for the above. For reservations made through travel agencies, including Internet accommodation reservation sites, a flat rate of 30 points per night will be added.
• *If points or vouchers are used, the amount deducted will count towards points.

Points can also be earned at facilities other than hotels!

You can also earn points by using resort facilities operated by the Resol Group, such as golf courses and Sport & Do Resort Resol no Mori.

We also offer special days for earning more points than usual!

Double points are awarded on Sundays and Mondays, and triple points are awarded on days with a 9 in the month.
In addition, 100 points are awarded for every transaction made during the member's birth month.

Where can points be used?

Accumulated points can be used for payment towards room rate!

Your accumulated points can be used to pay for your room at a rate of 1 point equals 1 yen.

• *Points can be used in increments of 500 points.
• *The receipt will be issued for the amount after deducting the points used.
• *Points can only be used for the member's own accommodation costs.

Exchange for RESOL original gift certificates and goods

In addition to applying points to your room rate, you can also exchange them for RESOL Group gift certificates or local specialties selected by the hotel manager.
