About Accommodation

01About Front Desk Assistant

QCan I make a reservation on the same day? Is there a time limit?
We can accept reservations at any time if rooms are available. Please contact us for more information.
QWhat time do I have to check in? Is there a curfew?
We have 24-hour front desk service and there is no curfew, so please feel free to come and go.
However, if you expect to arrive later than the scheduled time, please let us know in advance.
QIs the payment settled at the time of check-out?
We operate on a pre-payment system. Please settle your bill at the time of check-in.
QCan I send a parcel by courier?
Yes, you can use Yamato Transport.
QCan I send my luggage to the hotel prior to my stay?
For advance parcel delivery, please send your package with the following information written on the label: "Guest Name," "Phone Number," and "Check-in Date." Your parcel will be handed over during the check-in process.
QDo you accept credit cards?
Accommodation fee can be paid by VISA, Master, JCB, Diners and American Express.
QCan I leave my luggage at the front desk before check-in?
We are happy to store your luggage at the front desk before and after check-in. Please feel free to ask.
QIs there a cleaning service?
We accept it at the front desk. If you drop off your items by around 10 am, it will be ready by the evening of the same day.

QCan I sleep with my child?
For preschool children, no additional charge is incurred for bed-sharing.
QPlease tell me about the use of crib.
Please inquire in advance as quantities are limited.

About Room amenities

Available in all guest rooms and lobbies.
QDo you have non-smoking rooms?
All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking rooms.
QCan I stay in my room during the day during multiple-night stays?
You can stay in your room for 24 hours during multi-night stays.
QAre there refrigerators in the guest rooms?
We provide empty refrigerators in all rooms. Please note that they do not have freezing functionality.
QAre the toilets equipped with a bidet (washlet toilet)?
Yes, all rooms are equipped as such.
QCan I charge my mobile phone?
We offer a limited number of free chargers for free rental. Please use them in your room.

Wi-Fi is available.
QIs there a store?
Sorry, we do not provide this service.
QAre vending machines available?
We have vending machines on the 1st, 5th, 7th, 8th, and 9th floors with soft drinks, and on the 6th floor with alcoholic beverages.
QIs there a laundromat?
It is situated on the 2nd floor of the hotel and operates from 6:00 to 24:00.
QIs there pay-per-view TV programming available?
It is available in guest rooms for 1,000 yen per night (15:00 to 11:00 the next day).

About Access and Parking

QWhat is the nearest station?
The nearest station is JR Hakodate Station, a 3-minute walk from the hotel.
QHow can I get to the nearest station from Hakodate Airport?
There is a limousine bus service from Hakodate Airport to Hakodate Station.
Many of our guests use this service.
QDoes the hotel have a parking lot?
We have a multistory parking lot (up to 155cm in height) available, and guests staying overnight can use it for 700 yen per night.
  • *RVs and wagons cannot be accommodated. We will guide you to another parking lot within walking distance.
