Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
Please note that check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the plan. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

We can accept reservations at any time if rooms are available. Please contact us for more information.
QWhat time do I have to check in? Is there a curfew?
We have 24-hour front desk service and there is no curfew, so please feel free to come and go.
However, if you expect to arrive later than the scheduled time, please let us know in advance.
QIs the payment settled at the time of check-out?
We operate on a pre-payment system. Please settle your bill at the time of check-in.
QIs it possible to pay the accommodation fee in advance on behalf of someone?
Yes, it is possible. We accept payment in advance either by visiting us beforehand or through bank transfer.
Please inform us when making your reservation.
QDo you accept credit cards?
Accommodation fee can be paid by VISA, Master, JCB and American Express.
QCan I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We are happy to store your luggage at the front desk before and after check-in.
QI want to send a package by courier, can you hold it for me? Can you also ship it?

Accommodation and breakfast is free for preschool children.
Elementary school children are charged the same rate as adults.
QI would like my daughter to stay alone for an exam. Is it okay?
We have many exam-takers staying with us every year.

We offer a Japanese-style breakfast buffet at ""Shishimaru"" on the 1st floor at a price of 1,100 yen.

However, there is a 24-hour supermarket and convenience store within a 1-minute walk.
QAre vending machines and ice makers available?
Soft drink vending machines and ice makers are located on the 4th floor.
Alcoholic beverages and cigarettes are not sold inside the hotel.
QIs there a laundromat?
There are four coin-operated washing machines and four dryers on the 8th floor.

About Access and Parking

QWhere is the nearest station?
Machida Station on the JR Yokohama Line and Odakyu Line is the nearest station. It is a 3-4 minute walk from the station to our hotel.
QHow do I get there from Haneda airports?
There is a direct bus service from the airport to Machida Station.
Many customers seem to use this service.
QIf I use the expressway, at which interchange should I get off?
Please get off at the Yokohama/Machida IC.
From there it will take you about 20 minutes to get to our hotel if the road is clear.
QCan I reserve a parking space?
Sorry, but we operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
QIs it also first-come, first-served during multi-night stays?
Yes, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis every day, even for multi-night stays. Please note that we do not reserve parking and availability is not guaranteed.
