01About Front Desk Assistant

QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
For stays until 31 March 2024 (Sunday):
Check-in is at 14:00, and check-out is at 11:00.

For stays from 1st April 2024 (Monday) onwards:
Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00.

Please note that check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the plan. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
QCan I extend my stay?
Extensions are available for a predetermined overage fee.

QCan I have meals in my room?
Room service is not available. You may use the restaurant on the 1st floor (for breakfast only), or we can provide information on nearby dining options.
QHow can I store my valuables?
We do not have safes in the guest rooms. However, if you wish, you can complete the necessary procedures at the front desk, and we will store your valuables in our safe.
QCan I send a parcel?
We accept parcel shipments at the front desk (Yamato Transport). We have shipping boxes available (for a fee) as well as shipping labels, so please feel free to inquire.
QCan I send my luggage to the hotel prior to my stay?
For advance parcel delivery, please send your package with the following information written on the label: "Guest Name," "Phone Number," and "Check-in Date." Your parcel will be handed over during the check-in process.
QCan I leave my luggage at the front desk before check-in?
We are happy to store your luggage at the front desk before and after check-in. Please feel free to ask.
QDo you accept credit cards?

QCan I exchange foreign currency?

QCan I sleep with my child?
For preschool children, no additional charge is incurred for bed-sharing. As bedding is not provided, please confirm the bed width carefully before making a reservation.

About Rooms and Facilities

QWhat is the room size and bed size?
Bed size varies by room type. Please refer to the "Guest Rooms" page for details.
QWhat is the view from the rooms?
From the upper floors on the north side, you can enjoy the night view of "Susukino" as well as the Ferris wheel, while on the south side, you can overlook "Nakajima Park".
QCan I connect to the Internet in my room?
All rooms are equipped with wireless LAN, and you can use it for free.
QDo you have non-smoking rooms?
We have a limited number of non-smoking rooms available. (*Please select a non-smoking room when making a reservation)
If non-smoking rooms are fully booked, you can make a reservation for a smoking room and indicate your preference for a non-smoking room. We will either deodorize the room or arrange for a non-smoking room if available before the check-in date.
QDo you provide barrier-free access?
We do not have barrier-free facilities. While wheelchair access is available to enter the room, please note that facilities such as toilets are not accessible for wheelchair users.
QPlease tell me about the available rental items.
We provide blankets, humidifiers, air purifiers, hair irons, irons, trouser presses, and baby beds for rent.

About Property amenities

QI would like to add breakfast to my plan.
For Hotel Resol members, we offer it at 1,000 yen, and for non-members, it is available at 1,800 yen. If you are interested, please inform the front desk upon your arrival.
QDo you have meeting rooms?
We have meeting rooms on the 2nd floor of our hotel. (A type ...10 people / B type ...18 people / A + B type ...30 people)
Rental items such as projectors are also available. (reservations required)

Wireless LAN is available for free Internet access.
QIs there a store?
Sorry, we do not have a store.
Please ask the front desk staff for directions to a nearby souvenir store.
QAre vending machines and ice makers available?
Soft drinks are available on the 1st floor. Alcoholic beverages and an ice maker are available on the 2nd floor.
QIs there a laundromat?
We do not have a laundromat, but we offer laundry services at the front desk.
If you drop off your laundry by 10:00 AM, it will be ready by the evening of the same day (available on weekdays and Saturdays).
QIs there pay-per-view TV programming available?
The viewing rights are available for pre-purchase.
You can buy them at the vending machines located in front of the elevators on the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 11th floors.

About Transportation

01About Parking Lots

QDoes the hotel have a parking lot?
Parking is available for a fee and reservations are not accepted.
Upon check-in, we will guide you to the "Multistory Parking Lot" located behind the hotel in the order of arrival.
Regular-sized cars: 29 spaces (up to 155cm in height, 180cm in width, and 5m in length)

QIs it possible to park motorcycles or large vehicles?
For inquiries regarding motorcycle parking, please contact the hotel directly. We do not accommodate parking for microbuses or trucks.
QIs it possible to use the parking lot before check-in?

02About Access

QHow can I get to the airport?
【If you are using the JR line】
From Subway Nakajima Koen Station, it takes approximately 10 minutes to Sapporo Station. Transfer to the New Chitose Airport line, and you will arrive at the airport in about 40 minutes.

【If you are using the bus】
It takes about 80 minutes from the hotel to the airport. The bus stop is approximately a 3-minute walk from the hotel.
QHow do I get to the hotel from the nearest station?
From Exit 2 of Subway Nakajima Koen Station, please walk to the right for about 1 minute, and you will find our hotel.


QWhat are the nearby sightseeing spots and restaurants?
For information on nearby sightseeing spots and restaurants, please feel free to inquire at the front desk.
For major tourist attractions,"Nakajima Park" is just a 1-minute walk away, and the bustling "Susukino" district is approximately a 10-minute walk.
QIs there a convenience store nearby?
A convenience store is located within 1 minute walking distance from the hotel.
